regression test sun/util/resources/TimeZone/Bug4640234.java always had errors, the exceptions are as follows, the test needs to be corrected so will be executed and passed, or else should be eliminated from testing.

Test ignored: Language and country names are no longer string lists in the LocaleNames resource bundle, and so this test can not be implemented without a handleGetKeys method as described in RFE 4095319.
