To duplicate this, launch the SwingSet2 demo. Give the table header the focus
(e.g., in b59 Click the Fit Width button and then tab twice) and then use the
mouse to scroll down to the end of the table. When you press the right-arrow
key, the table is scrolled back up so that the first row is visible.
