Tool tips in swing must support reference to external CSS files

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
      Swing supports html in tool tips. This is wonderful.

      It must also support reference to external CSS files so that html and styles can be seperated and developers have more control on how the tip finally tooks.

      JUSTIFICATION :
      Seperating styles from html - good programming practice, easy to maintain etc.
      Developers have more control on how the tip finally tooks.
