We have usdt probes for object allocation (under EnableExtendedDtraceProbes)
but unfortunately none for perm gen allocation. The latter probes would be
analogous to the existing ones for non-perm allocation. They would be
pretty straightforward and equally low-risk even for this somewhat late stage
of Mustang development.
