This occurs with XToolkit since tiger. It works well with motif Toolkit. Reproducible on Solaris 10 JDS

I've a list with a horizontal scroll bar. When I drag and drop the scroll bar thumb at the right end, it does not stay at the end. It bounces back from the right end and stays almost at the middle of the list. I can bring the thumb at the right end by clicking the unit increment area.

To reproduce:
1. Run the attached testcase
2. Drag the horizontal scrollbar thumb and drop at the right end.

If the thumb does not stay at the right end, bug is reproduced.
