Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install jre b61
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Enter the command javaws on the command prompt

Javaws Usage is displayed.

Note the window icon is just the default windows application icon.


Expected Behavior:
-----------------
When any of the dialog window of Java controlPanel/Cache viewer shows "Java Cup" icon when listed on the Windows task bar, the javaws usage window too should show "Java cup" icon when listed in the task bar.
