Steps to Reproduce:

1) Install 32 bit jdk along with public jre
2) Open Add/Remove Programs
3) Select jdk
4) click on "Support information"
Notice that the link for "Publisher: Sun Microsystems, Inc." points to java.sun.com, instead of sun.com
5) In the case of jre, select jre
6) Click on "Support information"
Notice that the link for "Publisher: Sun Microsystems, Inc." points to java.com, instead of sun.com
Expected Behavior:
------------------
In either case, "Publisher: Sun Microsystems, Inc." on Support information of jre or jdk should point to the same URL (namely sun.com or java.sun.com)
