Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install 32 bit jdk along with public jre
2) Run any applet (java.sun.com/applets)
3) After the applet is loaded, right click on the "javacup" icon on system tray
4) Click on "About Java Technology" to view the About Java dialog box
5) Now, Open JCP --> click on About to view About Java dialog box
Notice the 2 dialog boxes are not alike. The "Ok" button in the boxes are different look and feel. The size of the boxes are different

The About Java boxes from JCP --> "About" and Right clicking javacup icon from system tray --> "About Java Technology" should be alike in look and feel and size
