Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Change system to French (France) locale
2) Install 32 bit jre
3) After installation, Open Add/Remove Programs
4) Choose jre and click on Change button
5) Click next button on the 1st stept of the wizard
6) Next, choose "Modify" and click on cancel button
7) Click "No" button on the "Are you sure you want to cancel?"

Notice that the wizard is not painted properly

Expected Behavior:

Answering "no" on "Are you sure you want to cancel?" dialog, should repaint the wizard and display the wizard contents properly.
