Adding a JRE which is already added to the application JRE list throws NPE

Steps:
------
1) Launch Java Control Panel
2) Goto Java tab
3) Select view for application JRE
4) Click on Add in JNLP Runtime Settings dialog
5) Edit path field to add same JRE as first entry
6) Click on "OK" button, nothing happens

It throws NPE, which can be seen in log files.
Ideally it should show an error dialog informing user of duplicate entry.
