<workspace_142>/test/javax/swing/JComboBox/4465533 testcase from regression workspace is failing on windows XP. This is same bug as 4803478 and 5027277.

In Evaluation of bug 5027277 it says,
"After some consideration I've found out that the test is incorrect.
Having looked at a number of native Windows text fields, I've noticed
that they are actually two pixels taller than native comboboxes. While
we need to adjust our textfields and comboboxes so that they look like
native (I'll file a bug for that), we need to remove this test as incorrect.

This testcase is no more existing in Tiger workspace. I think this has to be removed from 142 workspace as well.
