      Description

        tzdata2005o was released on 28 Nov 2005. The major changes are:

        * Georgia no longer observes DST, and has switched from +03 to +04.

        * Cuba is continuing its two-year experiment in year-round DST.

        * Azerbaijan switches at 4:00 and 5:00, not at 1:00.
