Jconsole : displays webstart in windows 2000 machine and it doesn;t show in solaris-sparc10 machine and other issues was when it tries to connect to a webstart application it fails to connect and throws IOException.

How to reproduce this.

1) start jconsole.
2) start any webstart application (like bugster).
3) open new connection dialog box .
*Note : java webstart was not listed in

So windows-i586
1) start jconsole
2) start any webstart application (like webstart).
3) open new connection dialog box (java we
**Note : java webstart is listed in local process.
4) connect to java webstart application.
5) jconsole console throws IOException with the following trace.
