I am running an Opaque Volatile Image application with D3D on WinXP with Nvidia GeForce4 FX5900 (driver 81.95) connected with 2 monitors. The Vimage is having the width of the entire virtual screen. I am pressing 'ALT + ENTER' within the console, pushing the console to FS mode and restoring it. After that, the part of Vimage that resides on the sec monitor is not repainted.

This is reproducible on all mustang builds only with D3D and works fine on default mode. I have attached the testcase and the screenshot of the image.
