In the javadoc file: javax/management/package-summary.html

There is a mention of "As of J2SE 1.5, a Platform MBean Server is available..."
J2SE 1.5 is incorrect -- should be J2SE 5.0. And anyway we can just
rephrase to get rid of this "as of" mention. This is redundant
with @since infos.
