The section on the zip tool states “Set ALT_DEVTOOLS_PATH to point to the location of this
binary.” However, the later description of ALT_DEVTOOLS_PATH states it is the location of the
gnu make binary.

Seems like this ALT variable may need some updating, maybe separating the unzipsfx, zip, unzip, and gnumake???

It is confusing.
