Following files are included in mustang beta bundle but they are empty.
man/ja/man1/
schemagen.1
wsgen.1
wsimport.1
xjc.1

Placing empty files prevents users from browsing these man pages in English if they didn't change locale settings.
These files are not translated at this point.
Tested with bundle: jdk-6-beta-bin-b59c-linux-amd64-09_dec_2005.bin
