ControlPanel -> Security tab -> Click Certificates -> Certificates dialog
When ControlPanel is launched on Japanese locale, "Details" button is gone. Please refer to the attached image [jcp_cert.png].
The problem happens both on Linux and Solaris with Gnome. This wasn't happening in Tiger.
