      Jave Control Panel icon does not change with the theme changes.

      Steps to reproduce:
      --------------------
      1. Launch->preferences->Desktop Preferences->Display->Theme
      2. Change the theme (say HighContrastLargePrint)

      Observation: Java Control Panel icon (Launch->Preferences->Java) does not change with the theme change.
