From PIT b65 testing, we noticed there are three test failures on S10
amd64 and S9 x86:

CertPath/CertPathBuilderTest/Misc/test13
JSSE/SSLSocket/HttpsClient
JSSE/Interop/https

They PASSed in Mustang promotion b64 builds.
