Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install jre
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Import silently a JNLP application which uses signed jar
./javaws -import -silent http://ramkumar.india.sun.com:8080/Javaws/Shammy/Shammy.jnlp
4) Launch Java cache viewer to see if the application "Shammy 1.0" is cached successfully.
5) Select the application and launch Online
Notice the "Warning - Security" dialog popup
6) Click on "More Information..."
Notice the information listing that shortcut and association will be created.
7) close the "more information" dialog and click on "Run" button on "Warning - Security" dialog to launch the application
The application is launched, but the desktop shortcut and association is not created


Expected Behavior:

When the More Information dialog lists that the application shortcut and association would be created, the same are to be created.
