      Update JGSS Makefile

      - Have removed Obfuscation (see bug 6193212)
        (cleanup to only build the required jars, and place them in lib now)
      - Update BOOTDIRS for all platforms
        Support for MD4 is dependent in MD4 impl in Sun provider available in J2SE mustang
      - Fixed ALT_BOOTDIR to work.
