J2SE Version (please include all output from java -version flag):
java version "1.6.0-rc"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-rc-b64)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0-rc-b64, mixed mode)
Does this problem occur on J2SE 1.3, 1.4.x or 1.5? Yes / No (pick one)
No
Operating System Configuration Information (be specific):
Win_XP
Bug Description:
The Mustang taskbar icon to be very bad. The shade of blue used for
its background color does not match the WinXP taskbar color (It might
depends upon your theme, but still... it doesn't even match the default
theme) and furthermore the actual "cup" image in the icon is hard to
decypher. For beginners, I suggest removing the gradient from the icon
background -- it makes it hard to make out the cup image.
Steps to Reproduce (be specific):
Attached is a screenshot when running an applet. Notice how poorly
integrated the Mustang icon is in the bottom right corner (vs other
icons). If you were to make the background completely transparent
and simply have the cup stand out it would probably look nicer.
