JRE not installing if Google Desktop Search already exists on the test machine.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1)
Download jre on-line bundle from the below location and save it in your test machine.
http://java.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=10380

2)
Double click the bundle to install JRE and GDS

3)
Un-install only JRE , using Control Panal--> Add/Remove Programs option.

4)
Double click the saved bundle to install only JRE( GDS already installed)

5)
Expected:
---------
JRE should install successfully

Actual :
--------
Error while installing JRE .
