Neither GTB nor GDS is offered with the offline jre bundle jre-1_5_0_06-fcs-bin-b05-windows-i586-p-20_dec_2005.exe on any platforms even when IE is the default browser with all different proxy settings.

How to reproduce :

Goto http://jre.sfbay/java/re/jdk/1.5.0_06-plus/promoted/latest/bundles/windows-i586/
Execute jre-1_5_0_06-fcs-bin-b05-windows-i586-p-20_dec_2005.exe

Output
======
Only jre is getting installed neither GTB nor GDS are offered.

Expected
========
Along with JRE, GTB and GDS should be offered and installed.

Observation:
=============
When trying to execute jre-1_5_0_06-fcs-bin-b05-windows-i586-p-20_dec_2005-sponsor.exe from http://jre.sfbay/java/re/jdk/1.5.0_06-plus/promoted/latest/bundles/windows-i586/
test machine is hanging with some process running in backend. Attached the screen shot of error message.
