Scrollbar of the Files / Folder Jlist (JScrollPane) of JFileChooser is not touching the up arrow. After the contents of the Files/ Folder JList is changed. i,e JScrollPane Scrollbar is not touching the up arrow, even the contents of the JList is changed.

Step to reproduce.
  1) Run SwingSet2.
  2) Change the Look And Feel to either Motif / GTK.
  3) Select JFileChooser demo. You can see three JButton
a) Show plain JFileChooser
b) Show Preview JFIleChooser.
c) Show Custom JFileChooser.
  4) Select any button. you can see JFileChooser.
  5) Change the file filter to All or *.
  6) Select the Scrollbar of the Folder & Files JList (JScrollPane) & drag it to the end
      i,e Scrollbar should touch the down arrow of the JList( JScrollPane), this is shown in gtkone.png file (attached).
  7) select a folder which is having n folders & n files.
  8) you can see the Scrollbar of the Folder & Files JList (JScrollPane) contents are
     changing , but the Scrollbar of the JList(JScrollPane ) is not touching the
     up arrow. This is shown in gtktwo.png file ( attached ).

  Expected Result:-
    Once the contents of the Folder / files JList changes the scrollbar of the JList
    (JScrollPane) should touch the up arrow.

   I tested this with Mustang b59c to b64. Tiger rc b63.
