HtmlConverter application is having a url which is not found on http://java.sun.com. This is seen for 1.4.2_xx and 1.5.0_xx releases also.

How to Reproduce:
================
Install any jdk for example 1.4.2_10 which is live today on http://java.sun.com.
Goto <JDK_HOME>/lib
Execute command
$/usr/j2se/bin/java -jar htmlconverter.jar -gui
After HtmlConverter application launches
Click on Menu Item Help->Help
Go all the way down till end of the page and copy the url given under 'For more information see the following url'
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2_10/docs/guide/plugin/developer_guide/html_converter_more.html
And put it in the browser.

OUTPUT:

Page Not Found.
