awt.Robot.createScreenCapture() does not capture layered windows on win2k/xp

      The Robot uses BitBlt to capture screen contents. On win2k/xp, BitBlt requires a special flag (CAPTUREBLT) to capture layered windows correctly. We're not using this flag.
