Release engineering builds a file that contains the MD5 checksum values
for all release binaries. However, this file (MD5_VALUES) is not
made available for public download. A US Government customer requires
that all downloads be verified using MD5. Sun should make this file
available with our download binaries and update any supporting install
and/or download documentation.
