This is occuring on Swing PIT build 6.0-rc-b68.
Regression introduced fix for Bug # 6356402
description :- Background for popup menues should be painted correctly.
Fix is on working GTK. but on WinXP disabled popup menus and sub menus are appearing with a enabled font color and are also getting selected.
This is observed in windows look & feel only .

Step to reproduce:-
-----------------------
1) Run SwingSet2 .
2) Click on File Menu.
3) Move the Mouse over the menu item. you can see the disabled menuitem getting selected & enabled font. ( you can even try with the keyboard also). I have attached a screen shot of this issue & its file name MenuItem.bmp.
4) Press Shift + F10 .
5) The PopupMenu appears.
6) Move the mouse pointer over the disabled menuitem. you can see the disabled menuitem
   getting selected & enabled font. ( you can even try with the keyboard also) .I have
   attached a screen shot of this issue & its file name popupmenu.bmp.
7) Press Alt + F ( this will display the file menu).
8) Press Right arrow key twice. now you can see the Themes Menu is selected.
