When a customer presses "alt" key 3 times, CPU usage becomes 100%.

CONFIGURATION:
 JRE : 1.4.2_10(plug-in)
 OS : Windows XP(SP1/SP2)
       Internet Explorer 6.0

REPRODUCE :
 1) Open Task Manager to watch CPU usage
 2) Open Swingset2 Demo in IE6 and confirm the focus is on SwingSet2 applet.
 3) Press "alt" Key and confirm the focus moves to [File] menu in Browser menu.
 4) Press "alt" Key
 5) Press "akt" Key
  You will see the CPU usage is becoming 100% in Task Manager.
Update Info.

This issue occurs only in WinXP-SP2 Japanese, not in WinXP-SP2 English.
