Deleting around 4 applications from "Deleted Applications" does not remove all the Applns (Win98)

      Steps to Reproduce:
      -------------------
      1) Install jre
      2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
      3) Launch all the 4 JNLP applications listed below:
      javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp
      javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp
      javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/draw.jnlp
      javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/swingset2.jnlp

      4) Launch Java cache viewer (javaws -viewer)
      5) Select all the 4 applications and click on delete applications to delete all 4 applications at one stroke
      6) Choose "Deleted Applications" from the Show: drop down box
      7) Select all the 4 Applns and click on delete

      Note that all the listed applications are not deleted from the list. Also, the listed is dis-ordered. Snap shot attached - cacheviewer_win98.bmp
