Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install jre on Win2000
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Open Windows Control Panel and find an icon for Java Control Panel

Note that the Java Control Panel icon is still showing the old icon. It should be the updated icon as seen on WinXP pro/ WinXP home. Rebooting the machine too still shows the old icon.
