Verified
JNLP Runtime Settings 'Find' option is unable to search,if I select 'jre' directory under JDK location.

This was observed in all tiger trains and mustang(build 1.6.0-rc-b68) .

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1.
Install JDK bundle in the testmachine
2.
Launch ControlPanel
3.
Click 'Java' in the top menu and select View of Java Application runtime Settings
4.
Click 'Find' button to search for installed JRE
5.
Click Next in JRE Finder to select a directory
6.
Select <JDK-HOME>/jre directory to search and click 'Next'

Expected:

It should find the <JDK-HME>/jre/bin/java
Actual:
-------
"Unable to locate a JRE, click Previous to select a different location to search from.
(See the attached Java_control_Panel_Finder2.gif)
Note:

If no JRE available in the selected directory then the 'Next' button should be disabled.
