Bug Description:
  We StellaCorporation has used Mustung since JDK 6.0 Binary Snapshot
  was open. We have developped StellaVision on Java platform for 7 years.

  StellaVision worked well before build 50.
  "HDC creation failure" happend only in build 52
  After build 53, it always crashes in jvm.dll.
  It is regret that no snippy program can be produced to reproduce this
  problem. Just attach the latest hs_err_pid.log file
