If one installs j2sdk-1_4_2_11-windows-amd64.exe it installs to C:j2sdk1.4.2_11-x64
directory (see CR6372952).
However, the debug pkgs (j2sdk-1_4_2_11-windows-amd64-debug.tar) extract to C:j2sdk1.4.2_11 and NOT C:j2sdk1.4.2_11-x64.
This means that customer (if they are not aware of this) will not be able to apply the 1.4.2_11-b03 debug pkgs AND not be able to install 32-bit jvm (assuming they have already extracted the 64-bit debug pkgs).
The target directory for the debug pkgs needs to change from j2sdk1.4.2_11 to j2sdk1.4.2_11-x64.
we give the debug pkgs to licencees and sustaining-engineers.
this is purely a pkg-ing issue and the procedure for creating debug-pkgs merely needs to reflect the correct directory structure for java install.
