Improve deployment user experience

This is an umbrella RFE for a number of user-experience related RFEs.
Here is a list of all required improvements for user experience to be consumer-friendly:
1. Simplify user experience in Java Update.
2. Flashy dialogs in JDK/JRE Installer.
3. Redesign Java Control Panel.
4. Continuous improvement on generic dialogs.
5. Security banner for unsigned Java applets and JNLP applications.
