Build - Any mustang build

Install any mustang build.
make sure it is installed correctly by trying out some basic java commands like java -version, javaws -viewer
Now, uninstall using add/remove programs under windows Control Panel

After the uninstall process starts, a maintainance window will pop-up asking if the user wants to remove/modify the JRE

This is not consistent with other platfroms. For Win XP and 2000, no such window pops-up.

Users will expect the uninstall sequence to be same across all windows OSs
