REG: java update is not happening in mustang b59g(beta) and starting from build 71 also

      java update is not happening in mustang b59f

      tested build : mustang build 59f
      tested os : windows

      steps to reproduce :
      1. install mustang b59f
      2. launch java control panel
      3. go to update tab
      4. click on update now button

      Nothing happens.
