GTB is not offering with 1.5u6plus-b03 sponsor bundle in win2003SE

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1.
Make sure IE is your default browser.

2.
Create registry key
HKLM\Software\JavaSoft\InstallerXmlURL and set to
http://javadl-esd.sun.com/update/1.5.0/1.5.0_06-test.xml

3.
Double click the bundle to install JRE

4.
Click on Typical radio button and click Accept in License agreement GUI.

5.
In next screen Google Desktop option displayed to select.

Expected:
---------
Both Google Tool Bar and Google Desktop check boxes has to display to select.

Actual:
-------
Only Googl Desktop appears.
