I saw it happened on windows systems (Windows 2000 32bit, Windows XP 64bit)

How to reproduce:
run JTreg with appropriate JDK (please use 1.4.2_11b4-64bit-amd for Windows XP -64bit)
The workspace is placed on /net/latte.ireland/deployment1/regtests/142/test
the JTreg is placed on /net/latte.ireland/deployment1/sqe-tools2.1.6fcs
to run please get and locally configure /net/latte.ireland/deployment1/regtests/wrunRegression.ksh. keep -timeout:20 in setting
then just press start on harness.
