Unable to launch the application (which was cached earlier) when the cache is disabled

Tested build : mustang b59g
Tested os : All

1. Install mustang build 59g
2. Enable the user cache
3. Set Java Control Panel->Shortcut Creation->Prompt User
4. Launch any (notepad from java.sun.com) application and the application will ask whether you want to create a shortcut
5. click yes
the shortcut is created in the desktop and menu
6. disable the cache
7. launch the notepad appln using the shortcut created above
The error message displayed "Unable to launch the application" with the following details "com.sun.deploy.cache.CacheEntry cannot be case to java.util.jar.JarFile"

Expected Behavior : Application should be launched online with out any error

The above behavior works fine for the system cache
