GTK L&F: Metacity frame borders are incorrect for maximized / normal JInternalFrame

Metacity themes provide a mechanism for having a different set of borders when frames are maximized or not.

Currently, if a JInternalFrame is created and then maximized under the Blueprint theme, it will have borders when it shouldn't.

Then, if the first frame is painted and a new non-maximized JInternalFrame is created, the new frame has no borders when it should.

      To reproduce:

Run "jconsole localhost:0" from Mustang b72 or b73 on GNOME with the Blueprint Metacity theme.

Notice how the first frame is maximized with borders. It shouldn't have any.

Create a second connection and notice how the "New Connection" dialog and the second frame have no borders. All frames should now have borders since they are not maximized.

Fore reference, see the definition file for the Blueprint theme, "metacity-theme-1.xml". Look for the <frame_geometry> tags.
