Steps to reprocude:

1. Install latest nightly build from above location
2. Enable tracing and logging in Java Control Panel
3. Launch a jnlp ( GUI app ) from command line , for example
javaws http://bugster.central.sun.com/bugster.jnlp
The app launched , but check trace file , there's a NullPointerException
