Bug Info:

Table column line is not coincident with table header separator line by compare wit native apps.

The header separator is a combination of gray and while line.The column line should be coincident with white line but the column line is pointing to the next header position.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Run SwingSet2 demo application in winxp machine.

2. Choose the table icon tab.

3. Open the magnifier.

4. Move the mouse at table header position.

5. Now see the table header and column line positions in magnifier window.

Expected Result:
================
Table column line should coincident with table header separator white line.

Actual Result:
==============
Table column line is not coincident with table header separator.
