Synopsis: Java Update dialog is to be modified according to test spec for 5.0u7-b02

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1)Install 5.0u7-b02 in any windows.
2) Add registry key as
UpdateServletURL as
http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk10/j2se/test_results/java_update/update/mustang.xml
3) Go to control panel and click"update" tab.
4) Click "Update Now" button

Observation:

1) Java update dialog showing

Expected from the spec:
