Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install jre
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Launch Java ControlPanel
4) Click on "Network Settings..."
5) Choose "Use Proxy Server"
6) Click on "Advanced..."
7) In the text area "Do not use proxy server fot addresses beginning with", enter few addresses separated by ";"

The entered text does not get wrapped/overflow to the next line; instead the text gets just appended on a single line.


Expected Behavior:

Either the entered text should get wrapped/overflow to the next line as the veritcal scrollbar is provided to scroll up/down to see the complete text or a horizontal scrollbar should be provided to scroll left/light to see the complete text.
