    Description

For Windows-amd64 when the JRE installer is launched in the first panel where License is displayed "Decline" button is not functioning .See attachment for the snapshot of this panel. No warning message is displayed asking for user confirmation to exit. So at this panel if we click on the X button(close button) on the right hand upper corner instead of asking for exit warning the installer continues the installation progress & completes the installation.

This is seen only with JRE bundle for Windows-amd64 (Not seen on Windows-i586 bundle)but I checked & this behaviour is existing from 1.5.0_06-b04 seems like when the 2 panels were integrated( i.e. Welcome panel & License agreement panel - http://monaco.sfbay/detail.jsf?cr=6201802) this bug might have been introduced.
It is existing from 1.5.0_06-b04 till this 1.5.0_07-b02 PIT build .

      Steps to reproduce :
1.On a AMD-64 bit machine without any prior java installation launch the JRE installer.
(Available from this location /net/urts071/export/getfiles/jdk/1.5.0_07-pit/b02/bundles/windows-amd64/jre-1_5_0_07-fcs-bin-b05-windows-amd64-16_feb_2006.exe )

      2. Wait for the License Agreement panel ( The first panel of the installer after the splash screen ) to appear.

3.When the " J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 update 7 - License " panel appears click on the "Decline" button. Normally a confirmation for exiting windows should pop-up when Decline button is pressed but it is not coming. Also if we click on the close button for this panel ( X icon on Upper Right hand corner of the panel) instead of exiting the application the installer continues the installation & completes the installation . These issues are existing on JRE bundles for Windows-amd64 only . JDK bundles for Windows-amd64 do not have these issues & JRE on Windows-i586 do not have these issues.
