PIT: Disable cache viewer when there are any unapplied changes
Tested Build : PIT b74
Tested OS : All
Steps to reproduce :
1. Install PIT b74
2. Clear the cache
3. Launch notepad application.
4. Launch java control panel->Temporary File Settings
5. change the compression level to low or
change the amount of disk space for storing temporary files or
change the cache location etc.
7. After clicking ok, for all the above cases, both apply and view buttons are enabled.
Expected Behavior :
If there are any unapplied changes, it would be better to disable the view button
