Do the following to reproduce the bug:

1. Run the attached test on WinXP.
2. A print dialog will come up. Increase the no. of copies to 2.
3. Check whether collate option is shown. It will not be shown.
4. Press 'ALT + O'. You will see the 'collate' images on the dialog changing to 1,2,3 - 1,2,3 from 1,1-2,2-3,3.

This is incorrect. If collate option is not shown, the corresponding mnemonic should also be disabled. This is reproducible since 1.4.2 on WinXP with the native dialog. I have attached a sample test for reproducing this bug.
